Can I get the refund?

We are a small boutique hotel, and last-minute cancellations greatly impact us. To ensure the best experience for both our guests and staff, cancellations are only permitted if made at least 72 Hours in advance.

In the case of a valid emergency with supporting documentation, we may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule. If the requirements are not met, we will do our best to accommodate you, as our goal is to make your booking experience a positive one.

Can I change the travel date?
